Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team at support@ugreen.com with your order number and the specific reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item in its original packaging including all cables and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After receiving and inspecting your device, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 3 to 5 business days.
